Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network & IT Engineer to install, configure, and maintain networking solutions for CCTV, access control, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking, IP configurations, firewall security, and IT troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Setup & Configuration:

🔹 Install & configure routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi networks
🔹 Setup VPNs, VLANs, and remote monitoring access
🔹 Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and access control networks

2. Security System Integration:

🔹 Design & implement network infrastructure for CCTV & security systems
🔹 Ensure secure remote access for surveillance & cloud storage solutions
🔹 Perform network security audits & implement firewall rules

3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

🔹 Diagnose and resolve network issues, latency problems, and connectivity failures
🔹 Conduct preventive maintenance & system upgrades
🔹 Assist in configuring software applications related to security and surveillance

4. Customer Support & Documentation:

🔹 Provide technical support to clients & internal teams
🔹 Maintain technical documentation & network diagrams
🔹 Train clients on system usage & troubleshooting

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in networking & IT security
✔ Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN)
✔ Experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, SonicWall)
✔ Familiarity with Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, and Axis IP cameras
✔ Ability to configure NVR/DVR for remote access & cloud storage
✔ Understanding of structured cabling, fiber optics, and PoE technology
✔ Valid Iqama & Transferable Visa (Preferred)
✔ Bangladesh, India, Philippines ( Preferable )
